THE GENESIS

Villa Anna was created by Mr. Manolis and Mrs. Anna in 2004 in order to host the holidays of them and their children, Eleftheria and Alexandra. As the children grew up, Mr. Manolis, a lover of hospitality, decided in 2012 to open the house to the external guests and share with them the magic sensation of staying in his place.

The three-storey house is located in the area of Agios Aimilianos and its geographical position offers a unique 360° view, such as the island of Spetses, Hermione and Hydra.

THE INTERIOR

The decoration has the elements of the Pattakou family as Ms. Anna, has curated many parts of the house with her own crafts and paintings.

On the ground floor you will find the living room, the kitchen, the indoor dining room and the master bedroom.

The house also has a fireplace and can be rented during the winter.

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing all meals.

Naturally the family has taken care to provide crockery for you and your guests so that you feel like being at home.

On the floor where the 3 of the 4 bedrooms are you will also find the playroom of the house for carefree playing moments for all ages. The area has a table – football, table tennis and air hokey.

THE VIEW

Stepping out to the balcony…

…the view towards Spetses will captivate you.

You can enjoy your meals in the outdoor dining area and a relaxing drink in the sitting area located on the balcony.

For lunch, we also recommend the hidden corner of the balcony without losing the view but with enough shade to avoid the heat.

THE ROOMS

The main bedroom is located on the ground floor and has its own bathroom (bathtub) as well as wardrobes for storing your clothes.

Once laying on the bed, we advise you to open the balcony door and enjoy the unique view of the sea. After this experience you will want to wake up with this view every day.

Descending the classy wooden staircase you will find yourself on the level where the
remaining 3 bedrooms of the house are located.

Each room has its own private bathroom with shower. The two bedrooms have a double bed and there is also a room with a comfortable bunk bed, which can accommodate up to 3 people.

All rooms provide towards guests, spacious wardrobes for the maximum comfort throughout their stay. Finally, the unique view of the sea and Spetses is not missing from this level either, once you step out to the shared balcony of the 3 bedrooms.

THE ATTIC

Last but not least we should not miss the attic where, in addition to the sofa bed, there are two comfortable balconies with a view either to Spetses or to Ermioni. In the same area you will also find a surprise for star lovers, as the room has its own telescope.

In the outdoor areas, we should not skip the pool area for refreshing summer moments.

You’ll find six comfortable lounge loungers in order to experience relaxing moments with your companion or family as well as a bar-like area to practice your cocktail skills.
The built-in barbeque is also located in the same area.

The house is built to host groups of friends or families.

For families, there is a feature that would definitely please children.

The playground is on the same floor as the pool and has a small castle for funny moments.

In order avoid leaving children alone, we have created a beautiful area next to the playground with sezlongs.

For your cars, there is plenty of space outside the villa, so there will be no need to search for a parking space

Villa Anna is ready to welcome its guests, to offer unique moments of carefree and relaxation during your vacation.
